Libbi, Caleb, and Angela are all music educators who live in or work in the Howard County area. Their paths have crossed often throughout their own musical and personal journeys. Over the years, Libbi and Angela had toyed with the idea of putting together a summer ensemble of mostly music educators to perform and have an opportunity to perform with adults. It was Libbi who. pioneered the idea of us performing for a good cause. As we began organizing singers, and programming music, we also researched local organizations that uplift vulnerable members of our community. We agreed that our first concert should raise funds for the Immigrant Legal Defense and for the Luminus Network. With the support of Mt. Hebron Presbyterian Church, we were able to hold a rehearsals and host our first benefit concert.

As we embark on our second year, we continue the mission of using music for good.
